Abstract:
The case describes the challenges that the Dellís Personal Computer (PC) business faces. The case aims at providing discussion points regarding Dellís present strategies in dealing with the changing PC market. The case traces the growth of the PC industry and reasons for retardation of the growth. It also intends to raise debate on Dellís business model and the viability of the model in todayís competitive scenario.
