Donald Chand is Professor of Information and Process Management at Bentley College. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of business process management, IT project management, global software development and ERP systems. He has published articles in such flagship journals as the Communications of theACM, Journal ofACM, IEEE Software, and the Journal of Management Systems. He has served as an associate editor of the Journal of Information Technology Management and member of the editorial board of the Journal of Information Systems Education. Prior to joining

    Bentley College, Don taught at Boston University, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Georgia State University in Atlanta, where he also served as Chair of the CIS Department. Before starting his teaching career he worked for Lockheed Georgia Company as a research scientist.
