Qualifications and Experience for Team Leaders & Research Associates |
- Team Leaders should be MBAs with 8-10 years work experience. Preference would be given to candidates with Team Management experience, especially in content development/ content management/ E-learning backgrounds.
- Candidates with the above qualifications but with lesser experience would be considered for Faculty Associates / Research Associate Position.
- Freshers and those who have appeared for their final semester examinations (MBAs) may also apply for Research Associates.

Qualifications and Experience for Language Editors and Sub-Editors

- Language Editors : Ph.D / M.Phil in
English with an editing experience of 3-4 years.
- Sub-Editors : Post Graduates / M.Phil in English or Journalism with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
