Abstract: WikiLeaks and its founders have won many accolades and awards from prestigious organizations for their work in investigative journalism and in freedom of expression and human rights reporting.

At the same time, WikiLeaks has been attacked by various governments and organizations for breaching national security and has been charged with treason and espionage.

The case tracks the origin of WikiLeaks and its founder as well as the work done so far and the various charges levied against it. The case also tries to bring out the ethical angle by taking into consideration people and organizations on both sides of the fence.
