Abstract: The hypothetical case discusses various metrics pertaining to DEI assessment for an organization. The case is problem-based but also requires conceptual clarity to arrive at the various approaches to overcome the current challenges faced by a fictional company, Western Financial Services. The case can be used to teach students the metrics and concepts around DEI assessment and other related metrics, to deal with the problem of employee attrition in an organization. |
