"Design thinking is an approach that uses the designer's sensibility and methods for problem solving to meet people's needs in a technologically feasible and commercially viable way. In other words, design thinking is human-centered innovation."1

- Tim Brown, CEO, IDEO, in February 2010.

"I haven't seen anything like them before. They're creative and strategic, eclectic, and passionate. They're cool but without attitude."2

- Tom Wyatt, President, Intimate Apparel Group3, in May 2004.
